PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled at Inner Sight With Ayushi.

1. Payments

All payments must be made in advance at the time of booking.
Payments are processed through secure online payment gateways available on our website.
Accepted payment methods may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other supported digital payment options.
Inner Sight With Ayushi does not store or have access to your card or bank details.

2. Payment Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
In case of payment failure, the booking will not be confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy - Client-Initiated Cancellation

24 hours or more before the scheduled session:
✔ Eligible for a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before the session:
✖ No refund will be provided.

4. Completed Sessions

Once a session has been successfully conducted, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.

5. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend the session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Transaction fees, taxes, or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Rescheduling

One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and may not be accepted.

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of failed or duplicate payments, the excess amount (if received) will be refunded after verification.
Processing timelines depend on the payment gateway and bank policies.

9. Changes to Policy

Inner Sight With Ayushi reserves the right to update this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
